Biological activity

Fully biologically active when compared to standard. Measured in a cell proliferation assay using NR6R3T3 mouse fibroblasts, the ED₅₀ for this effect is typically 0.75-3.75ng/ml.

Lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in 20mM PB, 500mM NaCl, 5% Trehalose 0.02% Tween-20 pH 7.4.

Reconstitution

Before use this product, please read the direction below carefully.

1、 This vial must be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom.

2、 Reconstitute in sterile distilled PBS or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-0.5mg/ml.

Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤-20℃. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.

Storage/ Stability

White lyophilized powder. For long term storage, the product should be stored ≤-20℃.

36 months, -20 to -70℃ as supplied.

1 month, 2 to 8℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution;
